Finding products, stock availability and easy ordering

Once set up with online access, simply login to access your bespoke pricing.

• Instantly check prices and stock availability.
• Use the intuitive site search to easily find what you need – For eample search for common products names used on site such as ‘Zebs’ which will highlight channel nuts as the product you need.

In your Account Area you’ll find several other useful functions to help you quickly find and order the items you need, such as:

• Frequent Items – provides a list of the top items most frequently purchased on your account. Just enter the quantity you require and add them to your basket.

• Quick Buy – If you know the item code, simply enter it here along with the quantity required. You can even enter a product title and then select what you require from the options provided.

• Repeat Orders – Handy if you place regular stock orders, merely view ‘Your order history’ and click reorder. You can then easily edit your basket by adding or removing items or adjusting the quantities required.

 

Instant email confirmation and order status

On placing your order you’ll receive instant confirmation via email. You can also keep track of each order in your order history to monitor its status from it being; placed, despatched and completed.

For completed orders you can also easily download your invoice or chose to share it via email.

 

Quote option / sign off

Do you need to raise a quote for sign off before ordering? Then use our quote option which allows you to simply create, store, download and email quotes for sign off.

Create a new quote then add items via the site search as you would to a basket or alternatively add items to your basket and then save it as quote to conveniently retrieve later.

Our quote option also allows you to include a delivery option so the final total will accurately match the PO raised, which prevents you having to go back for additional approval.

Once confirmed, convert your quote to an order at a click of a button.

 

Account management

With an online account you’ll have greater control with a central hub to monitor your online orders:

1) Update your details at a touch of a button

• Easily add or remove delivery addresses
• Update your contact details
• Change your password
